At SPS, we provide you with a repair service that allows you to save money without sacrificing quality. We are set on a course of continuous improvement for ourselves, for you, and for the patients at the end of every medical device that we repair.
SPS operates out of a world class, ISO13485:2016 certified laboratory and is dedicated to providing you cost-savings in the equipment repair market.
What does ISO Certified mean?
It means that we consistently meet customer and applicable regulatory requirements. We are set on a course of continuous improvement for ourselves, for you, and for the patients at the end of every medical device that we repair. In addition, the quality management system we use to inspect and repair your equipment is held to the highest standard.
We perform an inspection of the equipment, and provide you with a quote and the estimated turnaround time. At this time, you will also be asked to authorize the repair unless you have provided a pre-authorized amount on the repair form.
Once repair is complete, your item is shipped and you will receive an invoice. Payment is due in accordance to the agreed upon terms.
Do you find yourself needing upgraded equipment, but you have budgetary constraints? Do you have equipment that has been repaired to the point that it needs to be retired? For your convenience, SPS offers an equipment Repair/Exchange program. Upon inspection, we’ll let you know whether repair is possible or replacement is appropriate for economic or safety reasons. We’ll contact you for a decision, and your repair/exchange will be on its way back to your facility.
We offer loaner equipment service FREE of charge, subject to equipment availability.
